Backtagging: Always welcome, within reason. Since games progress pretty quickly, I likely won't respond to new threads if the toplevel is more than two weeks old, or to continuing threads if they slow down dramatically--unless we've already talked about playing out something that happened in the past. If things in the thread in question are plot relevant, I'll want to talk through it so we can handwave whatever we need to for current events. (This is all ignorable if it's a meme or PSL, in which case feel free to backtag forever).
Threadjacking: Ask first, but it'll probably be fine.
Fourthwalling: See above.
Offensive subjects: There's nothing I completely avoid, but please respect if I ask to back off of something.

Flirting with this character: Totally okay, though he might either not notice you're flirting or react unpleasantly like the edgy tsundere he is.
Hugging/kissing this character: Fine but likely to be ICly unwelcome.
Sex with this character: He's 14, so no.
Fighting with this character: No issues here. Depending on the situation he'll either fight back or quickly find a way to leave.
Injuring this character: Probably depends on the circumstances, so ask me. Minor injuries should generally be fine.
Killing this character: Probably not, but if it's ever fitting to a situation, we can talk.
Using telepathy/mind reading abilities on this character: Feel absolutely free to freak him the hell out.
Leaping through his window and randomly lying on his bed: Please do.
